The city of Independence, Mo. adopted the following codes:

• The International Residential Code, 2018 edition. Independence, Mo. Muni. Code, §4.13.001 (adopted) with amendments at §4.13.001.
• Independence Mo, 2018 edition. Property Maintenance Building Code. Independence, Mo. Muni. Code, §4.01.001—§ 4.01.999.
• The International Existing Building Code, 2018 edition. Independence, Mo. Muni. Code, §4.12.001 (adopted).

Residential Building Code
